These terms govern your use of Klipnoir at klipnoir.onrender.com. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The site contains sexually explicit material. You may use it only if you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and viewing such material is legal in your location. By entering you confirm both. If either is untrue, leave the site now.
2. What the site is
Klipnoir is a directory that lists videos and articles supplied by third parties. We do not produce, upload or host the videos. They are played in embedded players run by other services, and each source is responsible for its own content, including age and consent records. Article listings show a short excerpt and link to the original publisher.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site for anything unlawful, or let a person under 18 use it;
- attempt to bypass the age confirmation, security or technical limits of the site;
- scrape or send automated requests at a rate that harms the site or its sources;
- upload or distribute malware, or interfere with how the site works;
- copy, resell or republish the site's design or compiled listings without permission.
4. Intellectual property and takedowns
Videos, images and articles belong to their owners. If you believe something listed here infringes your rights, or you want to report illegal content, follow the steps on our copyright and content reporting page.
5. Advertising and external links
The site shows third-party advertising and links to other websites. We do not endorse or control them and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. You use them at your own risk.
6. No warranty
The site and everything on it is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any video will be available or play correctly.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Klipnoir and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or of third-party content or ads reached through it.
8. Changes and termination
We may change these terms, or restrict access to the site, at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the site operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
