Klipnoir does not produce, upload or host the videos it lists. They come from third-party services and play in those services' embedded players. We respect intellectual property rights and will act on valid notices by removing or disabling the listing on our site. To remove the file itself, also contact the service that hosts it.

Copyright complaints

Send an email to contact@klipnoir.onrender.com that includes:

1. your name, address, phone number and email address;
2. a description of the copyrighted work you say is infringed;
3. the exact URL(s) on klipnoir.onrender.com where the material appears;
4. a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
5. a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner;
6. your physical or electronic signature.

We may pass a copy of a notice to the party who supplied the content. Notices that are incomplete or knowingly false may be ignored.

Report illegal or abusive content

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material, content showing anyone without their consent, and content involving trafficking or coercion. If you find any of this, email the page URL to contact@klipnoir.onrender.com and we will act on it promptly. You should also report it to the authorities: in the United States use the NCMEC CyberTipline (report.cybertip.org), and elsewhere contact your local police or national hotline.

Age and consent records

Klipnoir does not produce any of the videos it lists. Each video is supplied by a third-party service, which is responsible for age verification and consent records for its content. If you believe a listed video shows a person who did not consent or was under 18, report it using the steps above.
