This policy explains what information Klipnoir (“we”, “the site”) at klipnoir.onrender.com collects when you visit, and how it is used. By using the site you agree to this policy.
1. Adults only
The site contains adult material and is for people aged 18 or over. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the site, please contact us.
2. Information we collect
- Log data: like most websites, our servers and hosting provider automatically record your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, the referring page, and the date and time. We use this to run and secure the site and fix problems.
- Search terms: words you type into the search box are sent to our server to return results.
- Messages: if you email us we keep the email and your address so we can reply.
We have no user accounts and we do not ask for your name, address or payment details.
3. Local storage
When you confirm that you are 18 or older, a small flag is saved in your browser's local storage so we do not ask again on every page. It stays on your device and you can delete it at any time by clearing your browser data.
4. Cookies and advertising
We show advertising from third-party ad networks, including Adsterra. These networks and their partners may use cookies, device identifiers, your IP address and similar technologies to deliver and measure ads, limit how often you see them, detect fraud and, in some regions, personalise ads. We do not control these technologies. Please read the privacy policies of the ad networks for details. You can limit tracking with your browser's cookie settings, privacy tools or ad blockers.
5. Third-party content and links
Videos are played in embedded players run by third-party services, and our articles link to other websites. Those services have their own cookies and privacy practices, which we do not control.

To operate, secure and improve the site; to understand which pages are used; to prevent abuse and fraud; to respond to messages; and to comply with the law.
7. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help run the site (for example hosting and content delivery), with advertising partners as described above, and with authorities when the law requires it.
8. Retention
Server logs are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, usually a short period set by our hosting provider. Emails are kept as long as needed to deal with your request.
9. Your rights

10. Security and international transfers
